While being off last summer after having broken my ankle, I needed a pair of summer shoes in a size thirteen that would stay on my feet and didn't look like the men's shoes I had been wearing my whole life. I had so much time on my hands that I wasn't used to that I decided to try and make a pair of shoes that I would be proud to wear outdoors. After numerous styles I created this sandal which is soft between the toes, secure fitting, colourful, comfortable, water resistant,and fun to wear.
Finally being able to get out the house with my new flip-flops, everywhere I went I had people commenting on them and wondering were I had bought them. Having so many people ask about my shoes, and if I could make them a pair or if I sold them, I started to make them for women who struggle to find shoes that fit, and anyone who loves summer sandals.
Knowing I can't be alone, I decided to start a blog to help women who have struggled with shoes sizes like I have feel comfortable in their feet and have somewhere to go to find the perfect pair.
